Having so much success as of late cooking pork tenderloins (see recipes for Island Pork Tenderloin and Maple Mustard Pork Tenderloin), I wanted to keep on a roll and tried another. I found one on bitchincamero site that used orange and five-spice powder and it looked and sounded delicious. Another success!!
Orange and Five-Spice Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:
2 port tenderloins (approximately 1 1/2 pounds total) trimmed
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon five spice powder
1 teaspoon salt
juice of 1 large navel orage, 3 tablespoon reserved
Directions:
1) Wash the tenderloins and pat dry.
2) Preheat oven to 350F.
3) Heat one tablespoon oil over moderately high heat in a skillet or frying pan. Brown pork tenderloins for about 4 minutes. Sprinkle the five spice powder and salt as you turn and brown all sides.
4) If skillet/frying pan is not oven-proof, transfer to a baking dish.
5) Pour in orange juice. Turn the tenderloins to coat it evenly. Loosely tent with aluminum foil and place in oven,
6) Roast pork tenderloins for about 10 minutes. Remove when the thickest part of the tenderloin 140F.
7) Let the tenderloins rest for at least 10 minutes before carving.over the rested pork tenderloins.
