Roast Mini Potatoes
Ingredients:
Mini Potatoes
Oil
Salt and Pepper
Directions:
1) Wash and dry the mini potatoes.
2) Place mini potatoes on a baking tray. Sprinkle with oil, and salt and pepper to toast. Toss to coat the potatoes.
3) Bake at 400F for about 20 minutes. Remove from oven when fork tender or desired crunchiness.
