Chinese Roast Chicken

In my opinion, the deep-fried chicken you get at a Chinese restaurant is the one of the best chicken dish you can eat.  I really love to devour the delicious crispy skin while the kids scramble after the crunchy shrimp chips.  I decided to try a recipe that hopefully would rival that experience without the need to deep-fry.  This recipe did accomplish my objective!  The taste was similar and the skin was more crispy than my Hoisin Roast Chicken.
