This Baked Macaroni and Cheese Pie taste so much better than it looks. This is more of a pie that holds together when cut. My taste buds enjoy this much more than my Baked Macaroni and Cheese. Unlike the last time I made this, the kids loved this too! I guess their taste is constantly changing.

Ingredients:
8 oz macaroni
1/2 onion chopped
1 tablespoon oil
3/4 teaspoon mustard prepared
8 oz grated cheddar cheese
2 eggs
salt
pepper
hot pepper sauce (optional)
1 can evaporated milk (385 ml)

Directions:
1) Boil macaroni in salted (1 1/2 tsp) water until al dente. Drain well.
