I love to experiment with different flavours and I did so with this pork tenderloin. It turned out pretty good but the kids did not like the sauce. My search continues...
Soy Orange Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:
2 pork tenderloins, trimmed
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 cup orange juice
Directions:
1) Wash the tenderloins and pat dry.
2) Mix all other ingredients and marinate pork tenderloins for at least 3 hours. If placed in a dish, you may need to turnover.
3) Preheat oven to 350F.
4) Heat one tablespoon oil over moderately high heat in a skillet or frying pan. Brown pork tenderloins for about 4 minutes.
5) If skillet/frying pan is not oven-proof, transfer to a baking dish along with the marinade.
6) Roast pork tenderloins until the thickest part of the tenderloin registers 135F.
7) Let the tenderloins rest for at least 10 minutes before carving.
