Although I left Trinidad as a small boy, I still have many treasured memories of lots of different food and drinks. Having never gone back, my memories continue to fade. It is only when I get a chance to eat from local establishments that I am reminded of my youth. See my post on foods from Trinidad. As I want to continue to experiment with new recipes, I might as well try and re-kindle my memories at the same time.
