Creamy Scrambled Eggs


If you are tired of having your eggs the same old way, try this!  You may need to experiment with the amount of cream cheese you want to add.  If not, enjoy the richness of the eggs.

Creamy Scrambled Eggs
(Serves 2)

Ingredients
2 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
2 tablespoons milk
4 eggs
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon butter

Directions:
1) In a bowl, mix cream cheese and milk until smooth.
2) Add eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Whisk until well-mixed.
3) Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add egg mixture and stir until eggs are fluffy and cooked to your liking.
4) Serve hot!
