Asian-style Pork Tenderloin

When I first started sharing my cooking exploits publicly six months ago, I had never cooked pork tenderloins.  I was always afraid of overcooked dry pork.  With my initial success with Island Pork Tenderloin, and then Maple Mustard Pork Tenderloin, Orange & Five-Spice Pork Tenderloin and now this Asian-style Pork Tenderloin, I feel like I am on my way!

The recipe I attempted this time is from In The Mom Zone. I used the marinade and let the tenderloins sit in it for about 3 hours, and then used my normal cooking technique.

Ingredients:
2 pork tenderloins, trimmed
3 ounces soy sauce
3 ounces sesame oil
3 garlic cloves, smashed
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon ginger paste

Directions:
1) Wash the tenderloins and pat dry.
2) Mix all other ingredients and marinate pork tenderloins for at least 3 hours. If placed in a dish, you may need to turnover.
3) Preheat oven to 350F.
4) Heat one tablespoon oil over moderately high heat in a skillet or frying pan. Brown pork tenderloins for about 4 minutes.
5) If skillet/frying pan is not oven-proof, transfer to a baking dish along with the marinade.
6) Roast pork tenderloins until the thickest part of the tenderloin registers 135F.
7) Let the tenderloins rest for at least 10 minutes before carving.
