With I saw the name Mud Hens, I had to check out what it was on Confabulation in the Kitchen website. Great start, it was a dessert and the recipe appeared to be nice and simple! However in my haste, I started mixing ingredients I should not have, but the end result was still delicious! It is a bit on the sweet side, so you cannot really eat too much at once....at least I can't anymore. It also freezes really well. Just take it out of the freezer and warm it up in the microwave, and it is still fantastic!
