Tip for great tasting BBQ veggies


Summer is here!  Well, at least, that's what it feels like.. I can't believe we are already experiencing mid-30 degrees celsius! That means it take to uncover that BBQ and to start grilling!


When many of us think of BBQ, we focus on the meat first and maybe it even ends there. We love to BBQ vegetables as well. Our favorite vegetables to BBQ include sweet peppers, zucchini, chinese eggplant, asparagus and mushrooms. My secret tip is to use a salad dressing with my favorite being a roasted red pepper salad dressing. I normally toss the veggies in a little dressing before it goes on the BBQ. Right after the veggies are removed from the BBQ, I sprinkle some more dressing over it and then toss.
