We roast chicken often and the family prefers that I make our favourite Hoisin Roast Chicken, but I like to try new stuff all the time. I saw this Spicy Yoghurt Roast Chicken on The Waitakere Redneck's Kitchen and wanted to try as it is not normally the type of ingredients I would throw together. As you can see above the chicken is still moist on the outside while the original photos I saw it looked very dry and crispy skin. While the final taste was ok, it did not move ahead our favourite or some of the other Roast Chickens I have tried previously.
