At a friend's house, we were treated to a freshly baked peach cobbler. It was really and I wondered why I had never tried making one. At the time with peach in season, I decided to give this recipe a try from The Slow Roasted Italian. This was very easy to make and was extremely delicious. It was so good that even my little one who only wants apple as a bake fruit found it difficult to resist. She loved it!
I might even try a different stone fruit next time.
