Along with my Buss Up Shut Roti and Curry Chicken, I decided to also cook some chana. Rather than a Trini-style, I opted for this Indian version of Chana Masala from Hot Pot Cooking. This one was for the adults. I already know my kids will not touch this!
This was a nice change. I found that the chana goes really well with the roti. For some reason, I kept thinking about doubles. Maybe that's what I really wanted instead!
